Axiom Associates
Challenge
To encourage kitchen designers to brand switch to Axiom, making it their first choice in worktops when presenting designs to their clients.
Solution
The Think Tank created Axiom Associates, a loyalty programme that was designed to help drive sales through kitchen showrooms and studios, encouraging designers to promote the Axiom range when designing a kitchen.
The scheme was simple to operate, rewarding studios with points for Axiom worktops purchased through distribution, which could then be exchanged for gifts.
Results
The scheme was highly successful in growing sales through existing customers and only ended due to recessionary constraints.
