Challenge

To develop a marketing campaign that communicated the Clearway vacant property security solutions to the property sector, which included a unique keyless door and wireless alarm system.


Solution

The Think Tank developed new brands for the key products in the offering and developed a micro-site and marketing campaign to communicate the benefits of the products to property owners and developers.

The micro-site included an interactive entry point that demonstrated the functionality of the door, inviting visitors to key in a code to enter.

The marketing campaign combined advertising and electronic direct marketing to reach property professionals and encourage them to engage online through the micro-site. Graphically, the campaign used strong visuals, with an urban theme, to create interest and encourage response.


Results

The campaign generated significant interest, leading to enquiries from new prospects and continues to deliver sales leads.
