Sedus Dealer Incentive

Challenge

With the recession taking hold, office furniture was one of the worst sectors hit and Sedus wanted to look at ways of boosting sales.

Solution

To support sales and encourage brand switching The Think Tank recommended a dealer sales incentive programme. Running for a short period only, dealers were incentivised to hit several different purchase levels and were rewarded with high-end gifts.

Results

This scheme was marketed and managed online to ensure cost effectiveness and had a significant impact upon the Sedus business at the end of 2008.
