Sugar, spice, and all things nice: the legendary cartoon Powerpuff Girls are heading to Soho as part of a three-day experiential pop-up.

The Powerpuff Girls Emporium, surely pitched at nostalgic millennials as well as young children, has a serious idea at its heart: only 10% of superhero films have a female lead.

Pop-up creator Cartoon Network wants to ‘celebrate girls everywhere’, hosting a variety of immersive zones within the pop-up to encourage girls to be adventurous.

These include a nail bar with a punchbag, a snake and rabbit petting area, and a science lab.

The Powerpuff Girls, a cartoon about three young sisters with superpowers, first aired in 1998.

Find out more about the unique experience, launching on 1st June, here.
