We are looking for a knowledgeable Marketing Client Services Account Manager to work across a variety of Business to Business clients.
This role will combine all aspects of marketing, both on and off-line, and the successful applicant will ensure the smooth running of accounts, including client liaison and managing timescales, budgeting and creative output.
A background in a similar marketing agency account management role is preferable. Any candidate should be pro-active and self-starting with strong administrative, communication and organisational skills.
The right candidate will manage a range of client accounts and should have the knowledge and experience to support a variety of marketing activities and will be rewarded with a competitive salary.

PR account director
Our dream person will be a self-starter with a proven track record of running B2B tech accounts. As a small team, we need someone able to lead and inspire as well as wanting to keep their media relations skills sharp. We work with clients and journalists at all levels so we’re looking for someone who can swiftly establish a rapport and then exceed expectations.
We’re a friendly, hard-working bunch and we’re looking for someone with a hands on, can-do manner. You’ll need to have a first class writing ability, desire to lead and grow your colleagues as well as passion for and understanding of the media. A fluent second language is a plus.
As PR account director, you will:
Lead the day to day account management across multiple clients, serving as the ‘go-to’ person for both clients and the internal team here
Build strategic relationships with key clients and impress them
Understand the news agenda and what journalists are looking for
Lead the development of campaigns and PR strategies for clients
Be responsible for results, securing PR results that exceed client expectations, month in month out
Understand clients’ businesses, strategic objectives and opportunities and produce strategic proposals and recommendations for your clients.
Be able to execute PR strategy flawlessly
Support and develop junior team members
A creative thinker, who can bring dry topics to life
Spot opportunities for growth and confidently pitch for new business.
It would be great if you are:
You’ll be passionate about your clients, results focused and have a strong network of media contacts. As well as great media relations experience and a proven track record of securing outstanding media coverage
You’re a self-starter, creative, flexible and understand what makes for a good story and impresses clients.
