We are looking for a knowledgeable Marketing Client Services Account Manager to work across a variety of Business to Business clients.
This role will combine all aspects of marketing, both on and off-line, and the successful applicant will ensure the smooth running of accounts, including client liaison and managing timescales, budgeting and creative output.
A background in a similar marketing agency account management role is preferable. Any candidate should be pro-active and self-starting with strong administrative, communication and organisational skills.

PR account manager
We’re looking for a PR Account Manager to join our team. The perfect candidate will be comfortable working on a variety of different PR projects and managing on-going relationships with clients and specialist media both in the UK and Europe. We’re looking for a self-starter and someone confident pro-actively pitching ideas and stories, as well as building relationships with key media.
We’re a friendly, hard-working, team and we’re looking for someone who loves to secure coverage and with a hands on can-do manner. You’ll need to have a first class writing ability and be comfortable working on several clients. A fluent second language is a plus.
Work with account lead to plan and secure coverage that exceeds client objectives
Support development of campaign and PR strategies for clients
Media liaison – day-to-day communication with journalists, building, retaining and developing relationships
Client communication – regular interaction with our clients keeping them updated
Reporting – Creating clear and insightful reports
Creative thinking – brainstorming great ideas and researching new PR opportunities
A Bit About You
You’ll be passionate about your clients, results focused and have a strong network of media contacts. You’re proactive, creative, flexible and understand what makes for a good story.
Ability to confidently and comfortably liaise with a large network of on-going contacts and leads
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate successes on a regular basis to clients
