The Think Tank's Managing Director, Liam Bateman, has shared expert insight with AAT Comment into how companies can improve their online presence.

The professional membership body, which also awards skills-based accountancy and finance qualifications, published an article this week looking at what an online presence actually consists of and how to run social platforms successfully.

Interviewed by Marianne Curphey, an award-winning financial writer and columnist, Liam said: 'Fresh content on your web pages helps with the search – it needs to be relevant to and right for the audience.'

He added: 'Google likes to see links into your website from different places. That includes Google Plus and your Google Business account which should have all your business information including a map, opening times and updates.'
