Independent agencies are at the heart of the UK's thriving creative and marketing industry, pulling in clients, customers and creative minds from around the world (and producing some pretty impressive work, too).

The Drum’s annual Independent Agency Census explores and celebrates the best of British across the industry, polling agencies and clients for a deep dive into the UK’s "indie agency landscape". Ranked categories include top agencies by size and best-performing media agencies.

So you can imagine how pleased we were to see The Think Tank had made it onto The Drum’s ‘Top independent agencies with under 50 staff’ list, ranked at a very healthy 8 out of 28 agencies. Our (growing!) team of 38 marketing, PR, search, creative and content experts enjoyed 41.9% organic revenue growth in 2021, thanks to some of our biggest and best campaigns yet.
