We’re thrilled that our ‘Peak Performance’ campaign with Phi Partners has earned the title of Best Global Campaign at the Global Agency Awards.
To mark the occasion, we’re taking a trip down memory lane to reflect on the campaign – and reveal how our go-to-market (GTM) strategy helped the FinTech consultancy successfully launch their Summit Platform as a Service (PaaS) to a global audience of banks.
Achieving peak performance
In launching their new service, Phi Partners’ immediate challenge was helping its audience understand the solution and its benefits amidst perceived concerns about compliance, security, and customisation in cloud migration and managed service provision.
Our approach was centred on educating and reassuring potential clients through creating a seamless audience journey. We segmented our audience into three tiers, targeting 130 key decision-makers across 85 banks in CTO and technology roles, alongside influencers in financial, operating and trading functions.
The campaign began with a personalised teaser email from Phi’s CEO to core decision-makers, followed by video card direct mailings that provided comprehensive overviews and guided recipients to the Summit PaaS landing page. This approach immediately captured interest, prompting direct inquiries from multiple CTOs within days.
Over subsequent months, we sustained engagement with targeted e-shots, infographics and blog posts. Sponsored LinkedIn posts and thought leadership content further amplified the campaign’s reach, ensuring continued engagement with interested stakeholders.
Reaching new heights of success
‘Peak Performance’ delivered exceptional outcomes, generating significant direct inquiries and elevating brand awareness. Organic web traffic surged by 46%, while LinkedIn impressions soared by 127%. Exceeding our initial target of four sales-qualified leads (SQLs), the campaign produced seven SQLs, with potential values surpassing expectations by 75%.
It also earned five awards nods (and counting!) at some prestigious industry events, including a win for Best Global Campaign at the Global Agency Awards – a real achievement for a niche B2B campaign.
