TT Electronics is an innovative global electronics company supplying products to the world’s leading manufacturers, with employees based across 25 international locations.
The business approached The Think Tank to develop an internal campaign that would inspire and build a sense of community among its staff, who need to be communicated with through online and offline means.
Our media neutral idea, ‘BE TT’, uses a mix of photography and cartoons to convey the six core pillars of the business in a warm and friendly way, which can be easily understood across a wide variety of cultures and translated into six languages: English, German, Romanian, Hindi, Malay, and Chinese.
Managing the campaign from conception to delivery, we have developed ‘BE TT’ across a range of printed collateral, including newsletters, posters, and a customised voting box ‒ all communicating TT Electronics’ ethos and company news to encourage engagement from staff.
The launch of ‘BE TT’ has been a great success and The Think Tank continues to work with TT Electronics on marketing the initiative.
