Tarkett UK is part of a worldwide group which provides innovative and sustainable flooring and sports surface solutions for retail, healthcare, educational, and many other environments.

The Think Tank provided ongoing PR and marketing support to Tarkett UK, including press relations, content marketing, and social media, helping to raise awareness with contractors, installers, architects, and key decision-makers in the brand’s target sectors.

This social media activity included a long-running campaign on Twitter, where installers were invited to interact with the brand and send their pictures of jobs on which they have used Tarkett products; in return, we sent each installer a Tarkett goody bag containing stationery, travel mugs, product guides, and other merchandise.

Alongside generating publicity for two showroom events, we also created a direct marketing campaign aimed at local architects. The campaign, which encouraged recipients to enter their details online to receive a free Tarkett swatchbook, took the form of a personalised postcard, supported by e-shots.
