Junior Account Executive Apprentice

Want to start a career in B2B marketing and earn a nationally recognised qualification while you do it?

We’ve two apprentice places open in our Account Management team. No agency experience needed. If you’re organised, curious and good with people, we’ll teach you the rest.

The role

As a Junior Account Executive apprentice, you’ll be at the heart of our client accounts, supporting account managers on the day-to-day running of B2B marketing campaigns.

You’ll learn how an agency works from the inside, across project coordination, research, reporting and getting creative work over the line. Alongside the job, you’ll complete a Level 4 AI Marketing Executive apprenticeship, so you build real qualifications as you build real experience.

What you’ll be doing

• Supporting account managers across a mix of B2B client accounts
• Helping keep projects on track, on time and on budget
• Researching clients, audiences and competitors
• Helping prepare reports, presentations and status updates
• Working with our creative, digital and PR teams to move projects along
• Proofreading and quality-checking materials before they go out
• Keeping trackers, contact reports and account admin up to date

What we’re looking for

• Bright, organised and keen to learn
• Confident with people, and happy on the phone and over email
• Good written English and a sharp eye for detail
• Genuinely interested in marketing, business and how brands grow
• Reliable, proactive and calm when things get busy

You’ll need

• The right to work in the UK
• To be in our Holborn office at least two days a week, and more at the start
• A degree or equivalent qualification is welcome but not essential. We’re interested in your potential, curiosity and commitment to building a career in marketing.

About the apprenticeship

This is a Level 4 AI Marketing Executive apprenticeship, fully funded by us. It runs for 18 months including the end-point assessment, and you’ll spend roughly a day a week of paid time on off-the-job training.

You’ll finish with a nationally recognised qualification and the foundations of a marketing career.
