Learn by doing
Getting a first opportunity can be difficult, even when you’ve worked hard to prepare for it. We’ve been talking about how The Think Tank can help. The answer is to open up our work to people at the start of their careers and give them the support to learn as they go.
Our apprentices will be part of the team. They’ll be able to ask questions, learn from experienced colleagues and see how different skills come together to solve problems for clients. Training and education will support the work they do day to day.
