We’re very pleased to announce that our wonderful client Asendia has been shortlisted for the “Environmental Achievement of the Year” award at the Parcel and Postal Technology International Awards 2022. Asendia shares the category with such names as Amazon UK, Canada Post and Correos.
For the past eleven years, The Parcel and Postal Technology International Awards has recognised shipping sector leaders in categories that range from “Business Diversification of the Year” to “Sorting and Fulfilment Technology of the Year.”
Asendia’s “Environmental Achievement of the Year” nomination springs specifically from their achieving 100% carbon neutrality in January of 2022. This milestone means that Asendia offsets all international transport emissions, including those of their last-mile delivery partners, as well as parcel returns, building emissions, machinery and necessary business travel.
