Stepping into the role after serving in the creative department for more than twenty years, Paul’s appointment ushers in an era of exciting transition, while also providing reassuring continuity for the company and our clients.
If you are wondering how Paul could appear so fresh-faced after a two-decade-stint at The Think Tank, the fact that he joined straight from university offers some explanation.
Forward looking in his approach, he combines expertise in everything from brand identity to UX and UI design, advertising, art direction, motion graphics and more with natural creative flair and calm, generous leadership qualities.
Paul takes the reins from company cofounder Shaun Madle, who will remain involved at board level.
Paul says he is looking forward to helping the agency produce results-driven campaigns that get noticed. And given his track record of exceptional creative output and impactful ideas, we expect his team to continue catching attention from award panel judges and prospective clients alike.
