A double Acron Aviation nomination from the US Agency Awards

We’re thrilled to share some exciting news. The Think Tank has received two nominations at the US Agency Awards – Best Integrated Campaign and Best Marketing Campaign – for our work with Acron Aviation on the “Innovating for Safer Skies” campaign.

It’s a real honour. These nominations reflect the hard work of everyone involved, and we’re genuinely proud of what the team delivered. Being recognised at a US awards programme is a reflection of the international reach and quality of the campaigns we create for our clients.

About the campaign: A new name in global aviation

Acron Aviation came to us at a pivotal moment. Following divestment from its previous owner, it was entering the global aviation market as a new brand, with no existing awareness and a highly specialised audience to reach. The audience, airlines, aircraft manufacturers, avionics professionals, pilots and aviation media, is highly specialised, and the campaign needed to reflect that from the outset.    

We built the campaign in three phases: Teaser, Launch and Nurture. The teaser phase created intrigue before the brand was formally introduced, generating 101,000 video plays in a single month. From there, the launch phase brought the full brand story to life across LinkedIn Advertising, Account-Based Advertising, trade advertising, intent data, email marketing, direct mail, PR and sales communications. The nurture phase kept Acron front of mind with the right people at the right time, deepening engagement as the brand established itself in the market.

We were delighted with the impact. The campaign delivered 36 million impressions, 1 million clicks and 252 press articles, giving Acron Aviation a strong platform in a competitive global sector.

It’s a campaign we’re proud of, and one that shows what a well-planned, multi-channel integrated approach can achieve for a brand starting from scratch.
