The Think Tank tastes victory at the European Agency Awards 2024

The Think Tank’s successful 2024 has continued apace at this year’s European Agency Awards! We were delighted to hear that we’d picked up 3 Agency of the Year awards as well as a further 4 awards for client campaigns.

The judges awarded us: 

  • B2B Agency of the Year
  • Independent Agency of the Year
  • Integrated Agency of the Year

On announcement of the wins, the judges explained:

“The Think Tank excels in maintaining a high level of employee satisfaction and retention, which is a testament to their effective leadership and supportive culture.” 

“The integration of wellness initiatives and their commitment to diversity are particularly impressive and clearly valued by their employees. The award-winning campaigns reflect a high level of creativity and effectiveness.”

We researched and wrote an insightful piece of content all about the impact of noise in the workplace. By promoting this valuable resource via multiple digital channels as part of an integrated campaign, we positioned Oscar Acoustics as the acoustics experts.

Phi Partners: Peak Performance

Our go-to-market strategy for Phi Partners’ new cloud-based financial technology service involved building a sophisticated, educational audience journey. As part of an account-based marketing (ABM) approach, we created a range of content, developed impactful paid and organic media and intelligently retargeted engaged audiences.
