Two new awards are to take pride of place on The Think Tank’s mantelpiece after a very successful evening at the UK Agency Awards 2023.
On a night to remember, The Think Tank was named Marketing Agency of the Year and Independent Agency of the Year!
As if the shiny trophies weren’t enough, we were flattered even further by the judges’ lovely comments. On our Marketing Agency of the Year win, they said:
“This is an agency that has grown enormously and is striving to be the best they can be. They have a phenomenal client retention rate and some fantastic multi-channel campaign studies and should be proud of the work they have achieved.”
And when we later picked up Independent Agency of the Year win, the judges added:
“What sets The Think Tank apart is not only their growth figures but also their investment in their culture and staff. The agency’s ability to retain both employees and clients at such high rates is a testament to their success in creating a positive and nurturing environment.

The double swoop follows our success at the Global Agency Awards earlier this year, taking our tally up to an incredible 5 Agency of the Year wins. It all comes amidst The Think Tank’s 30th anniversary celebrations, proving that while we’ve got a proud history to look back at, our best days are still ahead of us.
