We’ve won at the UK Digital Excellence Awards 2026

Another award! We’re delighted to announce that The Think Tank has won the Standout Integrated B2B Campaign of the Year at the UK Digital Excellence Awards 2026 for our work with Acron Aviation.

The campaign was one of two shortlisted in the same category, along with Save yourself the search with Amadeus.

It’s a result that means a great deal to us. These awards recognise genuinely effective B2B marketing that combines smart strategy, creative execution and measurable impact. To be recognised here, alongside the work we’ve delivered for our clients, is something the whole team are really proud of.

The work behind the win

When L3Harris Commercial Aviation Division was sold and reborn as Acron Aviation, the stakes were high. The new brand needed to land with confidence across a global audience, without disrupting operations, unsettling customers or losing the trust built over years.

We developed a two-phase campaign built around three core messages: evolution, continuity and opportunity. The teaser phase built intrigue ahead of the launch, while the full rollout combined direct mail, digital advertising, PR, email marketing and LinkedIn to reach aviation professionals worldwide.

Within months, 90% of aviation professionals were aware of the new brand. The campaign generated a pipeline of over £120m, with £31m in expected revenue and more than 3,450 sales-qualified leads. Website visits increased by 282%, PR coverage reached 257 pieces and the global audience reach topped 483 million.

The results really reflected the sheer weight of know-how across our integrated team.
