The goal was to develop a standout brand identity for Colecar within the strategic land sector—one that would make an immediate impact and showcase the consultancy’s forward-thinking approach. The new brand needed to position Colecar as a leader while differentiating it from competitors in a crowded marketplace.

The challenge
This wasn’t a start-up but an established business in need of a full-scale transformation. The existing brand no longer reflected their ambitions, requiring a new name, a clear brand proposition and a fresh personality and tone of voice. We worked closely with the directors to define their new identity and create the assets needed to bring the brand to market.
Through a collaborative workshop with key stakeholders, as well as extensive competitor and market research, we identified the best strategy to position Colecar as an expert in strategic land promotion.
The results
The Think Tank delivered a bold and vibrant brand identity that truly reflected Colecar’s expertise and innovative mindset. A striking new website became the centrepiece of the rebrand, providing a modern and dynamic platform that effectively communicated their value to clients.
