Revitalising Cooper Software’s brand identity

We partnered with Cooper Software to refresh its brand identity and design a brand new website that truly reflected its client-centric values.



The challenge

Cooper Software is an IFS Gold Channel Partner and a leading independent provider of products, consulting services and support for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Renowned for its custom-designed solutions, Cooper Software was looking to update its brand identity to better reflect its core mission: to provide a bespoke service and build stronger, longer-lasting relationships with clients and partners.

To create a truly cohesive experience, our efforts needed to cover messaging, tone of voice and visual identity.

The solution

We began by reviewing Cooper Software’s current brand positioning. With its goal of building long-term, mutually beneficial relationships in mind, we pinpointed key areas for improvement, which guided our strategy.

At the core of our approach was our creation of a fresh messaging framework and tone of voice guidelines. Our updates aimed to communicate the brand’s core values more clearly and foster a stronger connection with its audience.

We introduced a modern visual identity, including a new logo and updated colour palette. Our choice of dark navy accent shades, combined with striking accents of blue, green and purple, gave the brand a bold, contemporary look. Together with the messaging updates, this shaped a more engaging and consistent brand personality.

Building on this, we also redesigned Cooper Software’s website in HubSpot, to ensure a seamless brand experience across all touchpoints. We corresponded each of our three accent colours to one of the key sections of the website – Consulting, Services and Products. This enhanced navigation and made for a more user-friendly storefront that showcased the business’ unique value.

The results

The relaunch of Cooper Software’s brand and website successfully aligned the company’s image with its core values and business goals. Our refreshed messaging and tone of voice resonated more effectively with their audience, while the brand’s new visual identity enhanced brand recognition and consistency across all platforms. 

The company was especially delighted with the redesigned website, which allowed it to provide a smoother, more intuitive user experience.
