The Think Tank was tasked with redeveloping the online portal, Pinpoint, to create a more engaging, interactive and user friendly website that would help to build traffic and simplify searches within the site.

The new site includes a complex filtering and search system that allows users to find what they are looking for quickly and efficiently.

The back-end management of the site has also been vastly improved to make it simple for the UKGBC to manipulate and optimise the user experience.

Since the new site went live, traffic has more than doubled and users have almost tripled compared to the previous year.
