Always on: powering Nasstar's brand awareness

Nasstar enlisted The Think Tank to create a strategic brand awareness campaign for its cyber security and secure networks solutions across the manufacturing, logistics, energy and utilities (MLEU) sectors.

The challenge

As a leading provider of cyber security and secure network solutions, Nasstar was looking to enter new territory by building stronger brand awareness in the MLEU sectors.

In this first phase of our collaboration, the goal was to warm up an audience of C-suite executives and IT decision-makers from mid-market and enterprise businesses, priming them for conversion come phase two.

With ambitious growth targets and a strong focus on promoting its secure network services, Nasstar needed a strategically-led awareness campaign to establish its presence and lay the groundwork for future engagement.

The solution

We crafted the comprehensive ‘Always On’ campaign, using an account-based marketing (ABM) approach to target its audience. Our approach blended strategic targeting, compelling content and multi-channel delivery for maximum impact.

We tapped into LinkedIn’s targeting capabilities to connect with decision-makers across a range of relevant job titles, including those in technical, manufacturing, security and operations roles. Keyword and intent data helped us identify and engage potential leads who were actively researching relevant solutions, while Google retargeting maintained brand visibility throughout the customer journey.

Our structured email nurture programme supported the campaign by keeping Nasstar front of mind for leads, while eye-catching digital assets reinforced brand positioning and technical expertise.

The results

Phase one of the ongoing “Always On” campaign delivered some impressive numbers across all channels. Our LinkedIn activity delivered well over 200,000 impressions, while Google retargeting generated over 845 website and page clicks.

In phase one of this ongoing campaign, we’ve already helped establish Nasstar as an industry leader and considerably raised awareness in the MLEU space. The groundwork has been laid for phase two, which will benefit from a significantly-sized audience already warmed and ready for consideration and conversion.
