Opportunity calls: positioning Sigma Connected as financial services thought leaders

Our strategic content campaign strengthened Sigma Connected’s position as a thought leader in financial customer service solutions, demonstrating how complaints and fraud management can drive loyalty, competitive advantage and business growth.

The challenge

The leading customer service solutions provider asked for our expertise to increase awareness of its expertise in complaint and fraud management within the financial services sector.

The primary goal was to achieve thought leader positioning amongst an expert audience of senior decision-makers.

The solution

We developed a content series under the banner of ‘Opportunity Calls’ – an apt name, as we sought to reframe traditionally negative customer interactions as pivotal moments for building loyalty and competitive advantage.

The campaign centred on two visually-linked eBooks forming a cohesive content series: ‘Transforming complaints into customer loyalty’ and ‘Managing dynamic fraud threats.’ Through engaging, well-informed content and slick designs, the eBooks positioned Sigma Connected’s approach as methodical, proven and strategically differentiated.

To drive engagement and amplify reach, we created a promotional infographic and animation that distilled each of the eBooks, incentivising social sharing and sales enablement.

The content strategy went beyond surface-level advice. We demonstrated Sigma Connected’s deep regulatory expertise, and each piece was rich with sourced industry data. Expert commentary from Sigma Connected’s leadership and detailed case studies bolstered the brand’s authority and added invaluable insight for readers.

Crucially, the content spoke the language of financial services audiences whilst maintaining Sigma Connected’s empathetic, human-centric brand voice.

The results

The Opportunity Calls campaign is still in progress, but already we’ve seen strong results. MQLs (marketing qualified leads) have been considerably higher than in previous campaigns and download rates have also remained high.

By producing engaging assets, we’ve strengthened the market’s awareness of – and respect for – Sigma Connected’s expertise.
